Description / Opel A16LEx Downpipe
Downpipe for the Opel A16LEx engines as supplied in the following models:
- Opel Corsa D GSI 110KW / 150pk -Â 2010-2015
- Opel Corsa D OPC 141KW / 192pk - 2010-2015
- Opel Corsa D OPC Nurburgring 155KW / 211pk
By installing a larger bore downpipe backpressure in the exhaust drops which makes the turbo rev easier which means the turbo starts building pressure at lower RPM's. If during shifting the pressure drops it also builds back pressure faster.Â
By only installing a larger diameter downpipe the horsepower rises between 10 and 15hp and torque also goes up by 15 to 20Nm. As the downpipe only removes the first catalyst a software update is not neccessary although it is advised.
This product is not intended for use on the open road.
